This facility was designed as a satellite community location for greater Hospital outreach. Adam designed and detailed the 6,500 sf outpatient clinic through construction documents.

Natural light fills nearly all spaces with glazing in every Exam Room and skylights in interior workspaces. Exterior materials include brick and cementitious siding to tie the building into the suburban fabric. The greenfield site is situated on a corner lot with easy vehicular access for patients.
